Benny uses SMS messages to make it convenient for you to submit receipts and get cash back on your SNAP spending. Benny will send you an SMS messages to confirm that we have received your receipt and whether the receipt was accepted or not for cash back. Message frequency will vary.

Benny will not message you unless you message Benny first, and Benny will only send one SMS message in response to a receipt submitted by you via SMS. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can get help directly at help@bennyapi.com.
