By continuing, you acknowledge and agree to Benny API's Credit Authorization and agree that:
You have received, read, and agree to all of the terms of this Authorization below.
You authorize Benny API to obtain and use consumer reports and related information about you, now and periodically for as long as you remain a customer of Benny API, from one or more consumer reporting agencies, as described below.
Pursuant to this Authorization, you authorize Benny API to obtain consumer reports from one or more consumer reporting agencies about you following the opening of your Benny API account, as well as periodically throughout the term of your usage of the Benny Card. In each case, you expressly authorize Benny API to use such consumer report about you, and information derived therefrom for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to servicing credit products you use with Benny API, as well as for internal modeling, analysis and reporting. In connection with these purposes, you authorize Benny API to share all or parts of your consumer reports with agents, partners, counterparties, or affiliates.
You authorize Benny API to verify information in your application, and you agree that Benny API may contact third parties to verify any such information.
